Ken Ernewein is a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source where his mission is “to help people assess their career possibilities and dreams – specializing in their exploration of business ownership and franchise opportunities”.
A strategic and tactical thinking leader, with a military, aviation and organization business development background, Ken is well acquainted with the strategies required for small business start-ups and franchise operations. Transitioning from a career in the AF to business development and operations at large and small businesses led to Ken’s positive experience with franchising. More recently, he helped small business owners with their critical needs for improved cash flow and funding for growth; often using little-known funding solutions to overcome circumstances where the bank said “no”.
During 21 years in the military and more than 14 years as a business professional, Ken has developed an unrelenting focus on client service, small business strategy, leadership, organization management, commitment to increasing value, and senior business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ken and his wife Charrita have 4 grown children and live in Valrico, FL. He enjoys rugby, football, the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
